A neighborhood tradition
for Lincoln Park locals, Glascott's has been quenching thirsts since
1937 when it served as a home base for working-class Irish immigrants.
And the beer does flow readily offering a varied selection
of 26 draught and bottled microbrews, imported, and domestic beers.
Glascotts is still owned and operated by
the 4th generation of Glascotts. The bar is complete with ornate
mahogany bar, old-fashioned key cash registers, and the original
tin ceiling, making it a classic Chicago neighborhood bar.
Voted one of Chicagos BEST St. Patrick's Day parties,
there's no shortage of Irish cheer at Glascotts on St. Patrick's
Day, where bagpipers and a leprechaun sighting complete the scene.
Glascotts is also listed on beertravelers.com and realbeer.com
as one of the best Irish pubs to drink in the Midwest!
Theres no cover at Glascotts and all major credit cards
are accepted. We also have a great selection of music on the best
jukebox in the neighborhood and live music every Sunday night.
So stop by for the best black and tan in Lincoln Park, and catch
up with your friends or catch a game on one of our 12 televisions.
CHEERS!
